No costs whatsoever for up to 1 year
With Hilti tools you incur absolutely no repair costs for 1 year* from the date of purchase. This includes:

Pick-up and delivery service

Labor costs

Repair or replacement of all defective parts including parts subject to wear and tear**

Servicing when indicated by the service indicator on the tool

Functional check, adjustments and safety check after every repair

*No costs 100 hours
For heavy diamond tools with operating hours counter

Excluded from Hilti Lifetime Service except certain model of *batteries.

Cut-off saws/Angle Grinders/Vacuum/Direct Fastening
These tools are excluded from Hilti 1 Year Lifetime Service.

**Powder-actuated fastening tools
Pistons and buffers are excluded.

Lifetime repair cost limit
After the 1 year, no-cost period, you are only required to pay a maximum repair cost limit of the corresponding tool in the event of a repair.

Should the cost of the repair remain below this limit you, of course, pay only the actual cost of the repair - over the entire life of your Hilti tool.

No costs for 1 month after each repair; same as in the first 1 year. Restrictions apply to diamond sawing machines and cut-off saws.
