In order to keep up with the same level of service, we would like to keep you informed that with effective 1st of Oct 2009, we shall have a small delivery charge of RM5/= imposed on all orders to be delivered to your office or jobsite. If it is outstation delivery, the same terms and conditions specified in our delivery level of service will apply but with additional RM5/= on top.

In additional to that, the minimum order value of RM200/= we have today, still applies. Which means that for orders below RM200/= and you have ordered Hilti to deliver to a specific location, additional handling surcharge of RM15/= will apply on top of the RM5/= delivery charge. For example, If a customer order 1 piece of drill bit @ RM14/= to be delivered to his office 20km away, the total value will be RM14 (Price of drill bit) + RM15 (Minimum Order Value) + RM5 (Delivery charge) = RM 34 in total.
