Closure for Hari Raya
Our office and business will be closed on Friday, 29th April 2022 from 12pm onwards. Our third party pick-up and delivery will be working as usual until 5pm on 29th April 2022.
All services including Customer Service, Tool Service, Pull-Out Test, Hilti Store, Sales, Engineering and Logistics will resume on Thursday, 5th May 2022.
What does this mean to you?
- If repair tool pick-up falls on Friday, 29th April 2022, your tools will be returned to you from Thursday, 5th May 2022, please request for your repair tools to be picked up before Friday, 29th April 2022 to avoid any delay
- Orders placed on Friday, 29th April 2022 before 12pm will be delivered on Thursday, 5th May 2022, subject to stock availability
- Orders placed on Friday, 29th April 2022 after 12pm will be prosessed on Thursday, 5th May 2022 and delivered from Friday, 6th May 2022, subject to stock availability
You will still be able to place your orders via Hilti Online at www.hilti.com.my.
