Most of our products can be shipped to one of the 100 carrier-contracted pick-up locations on the next working day.

Step 1: Order

Place your order via Customer Service or order directly online. During checkout, select the option to have your products shipped to J&T Express pick-up stations.

Step 2: Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation and a J&T Express consignment note from Hilti that your order has been delivered to the pick-up location. 

Step 3: Pick up

Pick up your order by showing the J&T Express consignment note number provided by our Customer Service, and stamp your company chop on the documents.

Questions & Answers:

How do I track a shipment to a pickup location?
You will receive a J&T Express consignment note from our Customer Service after placing your order. Go to J&T Express website and enter your consignment note number to track your delivery status.

How do I know that my order has been delivered and is ready for pickup?
Delivery status can be checked at J&T Express website with the provided consignment note number. If you do not receive any notification, please contact our Customer Service at 1800-88-0985.

When can I pick up my order?
Delivery takes one working day. Business hours of J&T Express is from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Sunday and they are displayed at our website during checkout under “Pick-up from J&T Express” selection and on final confirmation page.

Who can pick up the order?
Pick up your order by showing J&T Express consignment note number provided by our Customer Service and stamp your company chop on the documents.

How long will the pick-up location hold the order before returning it to us?
The pick-up location will hold the goods for 3 calendar days. If the order is not retrieved by that time, the goods will be returned to Hilti.

Can I drop my tool for repair at this location?
No. Drop off service is not available at the moment.

Is there any restriction when using this pick-up service?
The orders are limited to 60 KG, dimension: 150 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm. Odd sizes and heavy items such as 6m channels, firestop mortar, TE 3000-AVR etc. are not eligible for this service.
