• Provincial delivery zones include outstation, outskirt areas and East Malaysia

• Order before 11:30am via our Customer Service or www.hilti.com.my

• 2-3 working days delivery for outstation and outskirt area

• 14 working days delivery for East Malaysia

• Delivery weight below 500kg within Peninsular Malaysia

• Air freight for delivery below 15kg to East Malaysia**

• Exclude delivery to highlands and islands

• Exclude bulky items such as wire saw, 6 meter channels, etc.

• Delivery from Monday to Friday

• Delivery by 6:00pm

Delivery charge:

• Delivery charges at 6% of the invoice value (Min. MYR10 and Max. MYR900)

• Next working day pick-up in Klang Valley

• 3 days delivery of repaired tool for Klang Valley and 5 days for outstation

• Delivery from Monday to Friday

• FREE delivery if within warranty, FLEET Management, SMART PREMIUM or agreed on Hilti Tool Service pre-approval letter,

• Otherwise delivery charge applies based on 6% (Max. MYR900) of your invoice value.
